Player Eligibility: 13Us are 2013-2014 born, 15Us are 2011-2012 born. Younger players are eligible, NO OVERAGE.

*Players, or their parents or coaches, should have a copy or picture of an age verification document.

ROSTER FORM - Must be submitted by November 4th, 2025.

Cost: $525.00/team

Format: 3 Games Guaranteed, t-shirt prizes for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each category.
